We are making this ADORABLE baby pink tutu using yards of premium soft tulle. VERY FULL. We make it on a wide satin ivory ribbon allowing you to place the bow in the front or back.

For the headband we use wide ivory lace band and add a very delicate soft pink silk flower ...with a touch of SPARKLE of course!
