Shipping information and Shop Policies
We will try to be as specific as we can in our measurements with dresses. We will give the inches as well as sizing. Please measure the princess accordingly. We will exchange the outfit for a larger or smaller size if in stock at the time we are contacted. There will be a shipping fee for the new item.
If an item is damaged IN-TRANSIT please contact us IMMEDIATELY upon receiving. Please take a picture of the box before opening it and after. You can send the item back for a replacement, if you contacted us first.

While we will be VERY UPSET that an item was lost in transit, we are not responsible.
Once it is out of our hands, it is in the hands of the shipper. We will provide you with a shipping number to track your package (US destinations only) so you can make sure you will have it in time.
On average we ship out no later than 5 days after an order is placed. We usually can accommodate your needs if you need it sooner, but please ask us prior to purchase.
Once shipped US delivery is usually 2-6 days. For our international customers, please allow 2-3 weeks. The shipping time listed at checkout is for the USPS delivery time, not the usual 5 day processing time. Please allow for that. Priority shipping is available. Priority shipping method in the US speeds delivery to 1-3 days. If International customers would like to purchase International Priority shipping, please contact us.
